For individuals facing a serious diagnosis, active-duty service members, or those pursuing gender-affirming care, sperm freezing may be the only opportunity to preserve the possibility of having a biological child.

Unfortunately, the cost of fertility preservation places it out of reach for many patients at the exact moment they are already confronting a serious medical decision or life circumstance.

Our mission is to expand access to medically indicated sperm freezing for fertility preservation by providing financial assistance to patients who cannot afford it. Through our grant program, eligible patients can apply for support to help cover the costs associated with sperm cryopreservation.
